Well, dear readers, after nearly six years of our current layout, Wordcandy.net is finally getting a full site redesign, and we're building up for the changeover by having a month-long book giveaway.

The rules are simple:

1.We will be posting one book review per business day during the month of December. The reviews will appear on either the blog or the main site. If you would like to be entered into a drawing to win one of the featured titles, please shoot us an e-mail at [info(at)wordcandy(dot)net] with contact information and the name of the book you'd like to win.

2.We will do a random drawing to determine the winner of each book. One e-mail per title, please, although you can enter to win up to five books. No purchase is necessary to win, and your personal information will, as always, be kept absolutely private. Books will be mailed out on a weekly basis.

3.Please note that the books might come in paperback, hardcover, or advance reader copy (ARC) format.

Good luck to all who enter, and pray for our sanity as we scramble to get the redesign finished on time.

Aw... in a particularly cool move, Powell's Books is celebrating Earth Day by giving away a free reusable Powell's tote bag with the purchase of any three used books.

This offer is good through April 22nd, so if you're in the market for some used books now might be the time to pick 'em up.
