Wow: turns out there's a musical version of
Nick Hornby's book
High Fidelity, coming soon to Broadway. (Clearly, one mediocre movie adaptation wasn't enough; this was a story that was
crying out for a big song-and-dance number.) I know nothing about musical theater, but I'm told that this production involves people connected (I'm not sure how, exactly) to "Rent", and its pre-Broadway run in Boston has been getting good reviews. The show opens in New York on December 7, and you can click
here for pictures, information, and tickets.
